A gentle practice for body and mind
Rooted in Chinese traditions, Qigong combines slow movement, breathing and focused attention. The practice invites you to notice the body, release tension and return to a steadier rhythm.
It is not about performance or extreme flexibility. Each movement is explained, repeated and adapted so you can progress with confidence at your own pace.
The goal: leave each class feeling calmer, more present and more connected to your body.
