Each session is designed to develop strength, stability, and fluidity while refining your technique. You’ll leave with concrete tools to integrate Qigong into your daily life and evolve at your own pace, with measurable progress and solid skills. (Ages 16+)
Relaxation & Flexibility for Seniors
Well-being and mobility at any age
A program designed for people aged 55 to 80 who want to move gently, without pressure or intensity. Through simple, adapted exercises, sessions help awaken the body, improve coordination, and cultivate vitality in daily life.
Perfect for those who don’t see themselves in large gyms, this well-being moment offers a calm, personalized, and deeply beneficial approach — to stay active, serene, and in great shape at any age.
